You can use the same 800 number to place a local newspaper ad or post a flyer. You needn't worry about missing a call from a buyer. Our trained sales agents will be standing by to answer the phone for you. No need to check voice-mails and make call-backs only to leave another message…and, perhaps miss a selling opportunity.

24-Hour Automated Personal Home Visit Scheduler

Private Sale Partners has developed an Automated Home Visit Scheduler to take the hassle out of setting up appointments to show your home. Here's how it works:

Registered Sellers can create their own personal home visit schedule to let buyers know when your home will be available for a visit. Sellers will also be able to designate "open house" dates and times. Buyers will be able to view your personal schedule and can only request appointments for times you designate as available.

When the Buyer selects a date and time, it will be locked into the scheduler so no one else may select that date and time. The scheduler will then automatically notify the seller of the scheduled home visit appointment via email or phone with complete buyer contact information.

Buyers will be required to complete a pre-screening registration (name, phone number, email address, employer's name and work phone) before being permitted to access the home visit scheduler or scheduling a home visit via our 800 number.

Our toll-free 800 number will appear in home listing on our website, your lawn sign, or any local newspaper classified ad you may place through us. When calling this number, buyers will be connected with a live Private Sale Partners sales agent, who will provide a complete description of the home and answer questions about the home. The sales agent will encourage the buyer to schedule a home visit. The sales agent will use the seller's personal home visit scheduler to schedule a date and time for the buyer. The seller will then be notified of the scheduled home visit appointment via email or phone with complete buyer contact information

Sellers are encouraged to verify the buyer's contact information before confirming appointments. Sellers have the right to cancel the appointment if they cannot verify buyer information.

The Seller's home phone number will never be given to a Buyer. Sellers will always receive the buyer's contact information when a home visit is scheduled.

Sellers have the right to cancel appointments, but have the responsibility to contact the buyer directly via email or phone to do so. Private Sale Partners or Customer Sales Agents are not responsible for cancelling home visit appointments.
